Position Summary

Primary responsibility is to assist the Admissions Visit Coordinator in coordinating campus visit experiences for prospective students and their families.

• Engaging interpersonal skills as a contact with prospective students and family members as well as on-campus resource people (faculty, administrators, etc.).
• General computer proficiency required.

Primary Duties

1. Assist the Admissions Visit Coordinator in scheduling daily visits; coordinating meetings with staff, scheduling meetings with professors/coaches, arranging class visits, tours, etc.
2. Assist the Admissions Office in event planning and preparations.
3. Provide assistance in answering phone calls for visitation requests and admissions calls.
4. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
